only thing that rivals the growth of corruption in our government is the literal
growth of our government. It is expanding exponentially and the rot is
becoming not only pervasive…it is no longer even a source of embarrassment or

that provide checks and balances on each other.
The liberal theory on the Supreme Court
of the United States (SCOTUS)
operations pretty much says that any prior case that was decided in their favor
is a super-precedent. Any prior case
that was decided against their favor is heresy and must be overturned. As long as the current court is ruling along
their philosophical lines, it is a fount of wisdom and decorum. If the current court is ruling contrary to
their agenda, the court is full of lunatics and must be radically reformed in
some way. Let us consider what SCOTUS
has been up to recently.
Using
discrimination as a remedy for discrimination is still discrimination. College admissions should be merit-based,
transparent, and color-blind.

Joe
Biden considers himself the King of America and not subject to the Courts or to
Congress. The top Court in America
disagrees. The smack down has been
delivered. However, the lesson does not appear to have
been learned. Legitimate debts should be
repaid. Having taxpayers pay debts for
professional students is illegitimate.
If the college loan program needs reformation…and it probably does…then reform it. Adults…young and old…who incur legal debt
have a moral obligation to repay that debt.
